Today we're going to have basketball practise.We will to warm up as well.At first I need three players.The first should be under the hoop, the other beside the first player and a defender that will be in front of the players.You should be placed after the black line in center and every player should move forward for doing the jump shoot.The defender will prevent them from mark the point so the goal is to score the point despite of the defender.If you don(t make the point we do a jump shoot and return after the black line.If the player score on point the person that stand the basket should catch the ball and pass the ball to the player that is beside him and this player should ship it at the next player.
Conseil-I advice you to forward more fast.

Today we're going to learn  how to practise basketball. 
Of course, as usual before any sports, you will do some  warm up exercises.
Then, I need three players. The first one will be under the hoop, the second one beside the first player, and the third one will be the defender in front of the other players.
You 'll have to stand after the black line in the center, and every other players will have to move forward for  the jump shoot.
The defender has to prevent them to suceed  this jump shoot
So, the aim is to score the point despite the defender.
If you don't make the point (c'est quoi la différence entre marquer un point et faire un panier ???je m'embrouille là...je croyais que marquer un panier = scoring ??), we'll do a jump shoot  and go back behind the black line . If the player scoreS one point, the one who standS next to the basket has to catch the ball and passes it to the nearest player and so on...

I really advice you to go forward faster (as fast as possible)
