For me, teachers need to be more friendly and should be a little closer to their students. Indeed, a student will be more interreseted with a teacher that he likes than with a very strict teacher. They need to encourage open communication and free thinking with their students to make them feel important. Sometimes, even games can be more instructive than actual lessons! Overloaded students can have difficulties at home an they can even start hating school! Finally, I think that a good teacher is a teacher that listens to his students. (89 mots :D)
