It was designed for Japan by the Taisei Corporation in 1995. this is a seconde tallest building in the world.
The idea for building the X-seed 4000 was initially created and developed by Peter Neville. It is 4000 meters height, it's meaning 4 kilometer height and 6-kilometre wide sea-base with 800 floor.
This structure would be composed of over 3,000,000 tons of reinforced steel.
the Methods of transportation within the X-seed are like include MagLev trains.
Its design calls for the use of solar power to maintain internal environmental conditions.Also, the proposed area is situated on the Pacific Ring of Fire, which is the most active volcano range in the world so X-Seed 4000 would be subject totsunamis and earthquakes like The Shimizu Mega-City Pyramid (also planned for Japan) wich was faced most of the same problems.
