He are a device containing a transducer which we place in the ear, or which we hang on to this one for the listening of sounds. It is also things which have the peculiarity to have transducers directly in the auditory canal when they are placed in the ear. They have a rubber or foam part which allows to isolate better the ear and to perceive better the sound.
