The ill-treatment to child is not a recent phenomenon, even if, today, we speak about it more. It is the awareness of this problem, the déliement of the languages(tongues), the mediatization of certain business(affairs) and the elaboration of legislative texts (Convention on the Rights of the Child for example) that transformed our perception(collection) of this shape of violence to child.
The various forms of ill-treatment:
As regards the various forms of violence committed towards the children it is necessary to wait for the summit of Stockholm, in August, 1996, to manage, after many hours of debates, to distinguish very clearly three sorts from it:
1) The physical violence
2) The sexual violence
3) The psychological violence
