I think that music IS very différent now compared to the 70's 80's or 90's , the commercial aspect of music is more important than the real goal : produce great songs. we can take for exemple Pitbull who clearly admit that if he's doing music it's only to make money. People are also very focused on rap, commercial rappers aren't real but there is Eminem who is very famous and have a real talent.
Music is a very Big trend and I think it's not for the best.
