You may not be in the mood for breakfast as you rush to school,and probably don't have time to prepare a complicated meal, however eating breakfast is a habit that will benefit in many ways. Those who skip breakfast are tired by mid-morning,have decreased attention spans.And to have health habits, you should at least need 60 minutes of activity every day,and do sports. It can be boring,but you can get a portable radio or music player. You shouldn't eat too much junk food; it can destroy your health.
