between the first and the second painting there is just someting different in the firts painting it's just nature with beautiful flower and the lake water is salubrious and there are some trees in the second painting the lake water is so dirty and contaminated with trolley and tankard and there is acontrast of color dark in certain places
In the first picture i think that Claude want to say that before the nature was beautiful but right now because of people some places are polluted and maybe he did this painting to say STOP look at what people do nature was not better before ? ( voila j'espère t'avoir aidé un maximum )
