This is the story of five children who are 11 years old and encounter strange phenomena. Moreover the main character having lost his little brother in a way innexplicable looking for a way to find him. On several occasions "it " is transformed into things that children are afraid of. This monster feeds on the fear of children, he comes back every 27 years. This monster is attacking children if a sewer is nearby. Having all of them tell their fears and experiences the children want to revolt against the monster. The latter lives in a secluded place where the house itself is plunged into a sewer. Arrived in the house the children are separated and must overcome their fears to survive. He tries to dissociate the group in order to attack them better. After a first fight the children find his den buried in a well. When they arrived they saw stolen children dead. The monster under the guise of a clown appears and the facts frightened. However the United children renounce to fear and kill the clown who falls in the deep end. They promise that if the monster comes back in 27 years they will return to the floor
