je suppose qu'il faut utiliser tous les auxiliaires de la liste...

1- She couldn't enter the country because she didn't have her passport.

2- This morning, she had to repair her car so she wasn't late at work !

3- I didn't have to prepare anything for dinner : my husband invited me to the restaurant;

4- In the USA, sixty years ago, black people weren't allowed to go to the same schools as whites.

(si tu as lu le livre tu sauras pourquoi.. l'arme du crime est le gigot congelé qu'elle a fait cuire et que les policiers ont mangé... plus d'arme de crime, plus de preuve, ils l'ont mangé !)
