Than every women are airbrushed on every pictures.

For example, you say “my face is acne and my hair is so boring” but you know all face of the models are smoothed they are, no wrinkles and no pores. And the hair are really highlighted with many product so the reality is distorted.

Now, I want you remind you than you are a strong women and I want you look at yourself in the mirror and say “I’m not just plump or fat, or ugly or not ugly, I’m someone.”

And if I can give you my advice, stop focusing on your body and be aware of the beauty you already get. And the more you stay focus in your body the more you find many flaws.. And the less you care it the more you feel better.

You say "I'm a nobody and a loser" but why? What is your goal? To look like photoshopped woman that we can see everywhere on the T.V., billboard ad, magazines and social medias?
