For years the science was not developed and when the development of the technique arrived we were able to do things spectacular as to clone of dogs or to create machines high technologies. Now the science evolved and we shall have to build a future with the science, the peaceful future. That's why we are here, gather with all the big scientists of the planet. Even before creating new things will have to us put us two questions to avoid so making of big error. The first one is our creation it is dangerous on the long term. Let us follow the example of the artificial intelligences one can wonder if the artificial intelligences can take the place of the man in a few years as in science fiction films. It is also necessary to wonder if what we make is ethical. Let us follow the example of the history of a man who having burned the face made a transplant of the face. The problem is that the face is the key of our physical identity is it can have negative sides on the conductor. For me to answer these two questions is necessary to envisage a better future and that is why I propose an international truce of one year of the scientific researches to answer these important questions. We shall have to do it for the good of the humanity and to avoid making big errors
