2- They didn't do what they were supposed to do.
3- Did they bring the prisoners food and medecine ?
4- They didn't know what to think.
FORME DU VERBE APRES AUXILLIAIRE
1- I'm afraid he is still waiting for us outside the building. (present be +-ing)
2- As far as I know, he has never been arrested before.(p. perfect continuous)
3- Did you recognize the man that you had seen the day before. (prétérit + pluperfect)
4- The building was probably built after World War II. ( voix passive du prétérit)
5- He was dreaming of buying the latest computer screen. (preterit be+ -ing)
