If I
want to be a successful in life, then I have to be
willing to do some of the things most people won’t. I’ll have to sacrifice some
of “my time” so I can do work before or after the hours I’m required to work. I’ll
have to read more or take more training courses. I’ll have to say, “No!” to
getting together with friends from time to time in order to get a goal done or
to volunteer for an extra assignment or to make sure I get to bed on time so I
can be fully engaged at work the next day. I am even ready to leave my country, my family
and my friends, to live maybe in a foreign country during a certain period. I would be ready
to make this sacrifice, Why? Because there is no success without
sacrifice.
