We know that Antoinette’s chilhood was so unhappy. She use very short sentences to exprim what she thinks . She is give a voice to her mother. In her speech the importance of nature is very leading. The tone of her voice is really sad, she speaks like a victim of her past. She evokes her past like if it was a nightmare, in fact it’s a really dreamy discour. At the end of this extract Antoinette seems to be a prisoner.
