it was a saturday, the weather was stormy and i was tired after a long wedding where i danced for hours, but i still had to drive back home with my dad’s car, he had no choice but to lend it to me because i wasn’t going to stay there, plus we knew it was going to rain so i wasn’t ready to walk all the way back home all wet and cold, but something worse happened. i had fifteen more minutes to arrive but unfortunately i heard a weird sound coming out of the car and at that moment i knew something bad happened to it, i parked slowly on the side of the road and went out to check the issue while letting the rain drop on my new formal suit. i wasn’t surprised when i saw that the front wheel had no more air in it, but i was pretty much mad to be honest, even frustrated. i tried to get in the car and try to keep on going for a bit longer but i was risking too much, and in a weather like this one, i wasn’t courageous enough. i called my mom that sounded very worried on the phone, she was helpful though, she passed me the number of a car fixing company that arrived in a short time, solved the problem and was really fast. finally i succeeded to reach my house, my dad wasn’t so happy hearing the news but he was also kind of proud of me for being responsible and handling it maturely.
