Dear people,if I am dictator of the Republic today ,it is obviously thanks to me. You certainly voted for me, but for that I had to give you quite a helping hand. I have worked very closely to offer the best to our country. Regarding my political program, I am establishing several citizen duties that you should obviously respect in order to live togegher in an organized siocoety. Your duties as a citezen are:Respect for the law Participate in the finincing of expenses Participate in the defence in the country, in times of wars but also in times of pease. ...... To be a citizen is to have rights:Freedom of expression, the right to vote Social protection... Do not leave your country, do not betray it. Long live the people,live me.
