I was probationer , i was in a training observation, i had to effectuate some tasks. There were two secretaries who showed me how to do . They were very social and kind. They then asked me to select the posts , arrange and classify them . I also had to use the computer inorder to do some attestations for mayors' representatives. Moreover, i had to put some documents that people needed to read behind a showcase.I had no right to receive anyone because it was the secretary's job. My role was to bring to both the secretary and the mayor some coffee.I really loved this training beacause there was not any negative aspect, it only demanded patience and logic.My future job will not be like this because i'm don't like paperwork nor sitting patiently .Instead, i am energetic and artistic. For that training, my timetable was perfect . I started on Mondays at 2pm till 5pm, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9am to 12 'o' clock and finally on Thursdays from 9am to 12 am and at 5pm. It was really awesome eventhough it was not easy cause you need to be very present and most of the time working computer is a necessity. Afterall i don't care because that job does not interest me.
