Cellphones: an addicting device.

Using a cellphone can be very bbad for you. It had many disadvantages:

First off, if you use your phone too often, it might damage your eyes and you can be left off with having to wear glasses for the rest of your life.

Secondly, it can distract you from your work. For instance, if you were doing your english homework, and you get a message from a friend, you will directly jump on your phone to answer them. It can distract you for 5 minutes, but it can also distract you for 2 hours.

Then, your cellphone can disrupt your sleeping schedule. For example, if you want to sleep at 10:30 PM but you're watching a TV show, you will probably end up sleeping and 1 AM.

In order to lower these disadvantages, we need to manage our time on our cellphones, use it moderately and set boundaries.
