Bonjour je dois raconter mes vacances en 10-15 lignes, pouvez-vous me corriger et completer un peu mon devoir svp?

This summer, I went in Portugal with my family. We have spend 2 weeks in a town near Porto. It was very cool and pleasant because there was a lot of sun! Everyday we used to go to the beach. The water was not very hot but after some days i had the habit to swim inside.
We also visited my aunt which live in Porto. This is a very beautiful city with a wonderful architecture. I remember that we spent an afternoon with my little cousins, this is twins and they are 5 years old. They are young but nice. Unfortunately I could not understand what they said because it was in portuguese.

Sagot :

Je te mets la correction en gras.

This summer, I went to Portugal with my family.
==> la préposition "in" est statique : cela indique qu'il n'y a pas de déplacement (I live in Paris). Or ici tu fais un déplacement donc utilise "to".

We spent 2 weeks in a town near Porto.
==> ici pas de présent perfect mais prétérit.

It was very cool and pleasant because it was very sunny.
==> il fait beau/ il y a  du soleil = it is sunny.

Everyday we went to the beach.

The water was not very hot but after some days I was accustomed to swimming inside the see / I was able to swim in the sea.
==> avoir l'habitude = to be/get accustomed to + verbe ING

We also visited my aunt who lives in Porto. This is a very beautiful city with a wonderful architecture. I remember that we spent an afternoon with my cousins.  They are 5 year-old twins.
Pour dire ce sont des jumeaux de 5 ans, utilise la forme "5 year-old twins" : 5 year-old est toujours singulier.

They are young but nice. Unfortunately I was not able (être incapable = not to be able to) understand what they said because it was in Portuguese.

Je continue un peu :
Basically, I can say that I was very happy to spend such nice holidays and to see relatives I cannot see very often. I really look forward to going back to Portugal very soon.

To look forward to + verbe ING = avoir hâte de ...
