I experienced culture shock when I went to Cuba for two weeks. I was under the impresion that time it was stopped after the second world war. When I arrived, I was surprised by the road conditions. There was enormously holes and some were inaccessible. Often there are no signs to indicate the route and the GPS is prohibited. In this country, there is only one motorway and we can see people crossing the motorway by foot or sell fruit. Some were even turn around. I was surprised to see old American cars and the tourists do not have the same currency as the Cubans. I was shocked when I found There was no internet and very little TV in the country. Unlike France, everyone has a home. In France, poor people asking for money whereas Cuban asking soaps. People are very helpful: They help you when you have a problem. I was outraged by their hotels: There were bugs in the bathroom and the room was very dirty. Unlike developed countries, be careful with water, it is not potable. What is surprising is that we can see beautiful colored houses and a few feet away, houses cracked, historical monuments in terrible condition and trees growing on balconies.
