or not .  An employers examine internet
on a employee when a look that people puts racists  inapropriate rude comments about on the
former collegue , when the people puts the damaging photos of them , yes the
people drink more , yes a druger addict  . An employer also can verified yes a job
candidate is solid communication skills , written grammar  or no . This elements allow the employeur to
identify an employee on the image which he clears on the Internet and according
to the image that he sends back the candidate will be hired or not .  The journalist give the example of one
psychiatrist which not do have hiring in the hospital for his reasons .

The social networks took a very big importance in the
company what is not it seems to me a good thing because

An employer uses social networks such as Facebook to verify or check on an employee and decide if he or she could be hired or not . An employer makes a research on the internet  about an employee for varoius reasos such as : to find out if the canditate puts racists, inapropriate or  rude  comments about a former collegue , if the candidate puts obscene photos of them , if the candidate is a drunkard or a drug addict . An employer can also verify if the job candidate has  solid communication skills , writing skills etc... These elements allow the employeur to identify an employee on the image he or she shares on the Internet and also helps the employer to decide if the candidate is eligible to be hired or not . The journalist gives an example of a psychiatrist who did not hire a candidtae after going through the profile of the person on the social network page.
CONCLUSION 
 Lately the social networks took a very big importance while hiring candidates by the companies , but to me it does not seem to be a good thing because an employer can through the personnal life of an employee and thus destroy his or her career .
