This detective series talks about a man who is mentalist. It means that he can analyze the behavior of people to draw conclusions, for example, it knows when people are lying through gestures they make with their eyes or mouth. This man is Patrick Jane, and he is engaged by Teresa Lisbon, leader of the major crimes unit of the California Bureau of Investigation. He helps her and her colleague to solve cases, including crimes. But a man, who is called Red John, killed the woman and the child of Patrick and he works for the unit to find out who Red John is this and why he did it.
