Last week, I went for an appointment in a coffee shop. I had to meet the manager at 10 am about a summer job.On the phone, he told me to be on time because he was very busy. I got there at 9.45, (a quarter before the hour) but the place was closed!
I looked inside by the windows but I couldn't see anything. However, from the outside, this coffee shop looked really nice. I decided to wait for a few minutes and walked across the street to buy a magazine at the bookshop. Suddenly my phone rang ! My room mate was calling me because she had found my agenda and found out that my appointment was this week ! Tomorrow is going to be THE day !
