I am going to talk about the notion
of Myths and heroes. A definition of this notion is a myth can be defined as a
story about gods or heroes, it can be a popular belief or a tradition or a
false notion. A hero can be a mythological figure, a person who is admired for
his or her achievement, a superhero or maybe a role model or an icon.

60’ with a new trend, the famous “mini skirt”, she created a new look for a new
generation of young women. She set a new trend with the mini skirt and marked a
turning point in the history of fashion. In the 60’ she was a young and
creative artist who longed for something entirely different just as the rest of
the young girl worldwide did. She set about changing the dress ideas and the
outlook on clothes, conception. Hers creations conquered the world so she begun
mass production for mass consummation she exported all around the world.

Rita O’Grady is a symbol, icon, representative of women’s emancipation? She defend women’s rights in the ford factory for have the same salary as men, for have equal pay. Rita O’Grady can be considering as a heroine because she’s a working women but she not accept men’s dictator and the injustice do toward women. She revolt and go on strike, as we can see in the film and negotiate with the secretary of states and employment, us we can see in the text. Thanks as women in this text for example women’s have no right to vote and in firms her have for the same work the same salary even if remain inequalities.

locations and forms of power. A definition of this notion is in politics and
social science, power is the ability to influence people’s behavior. In order
to live together members of a community accept rules, regulations, laws. The
helps to create social cohesion but can also lead to conflicts and tensions.
Even when authority seems absolute, there are always counter-powers which
question it, aim at limiting its excesses and resist it.



How the power influence our life condition ?



The real story behind Britain’s rock’n’roll

In the 60’ the rock’n’roll was a real
revolution, for example they Rolling Stones. The BBC (British Broadcasting
Corporation) owned the airwaves and not broadcasted rock and pop music, so
pirate radios were appeared, were on international seas for broadcast rock and
pop.

For locations, the BBC broadcast light entertainments, children’s programs, diet of news, information… Pirates radios broadcast rock, pop music, it was very closely of the listeners, as we can see with the nickname of the radio “Auntie”. It was very popular “twenty millions Brits listened pirate radio for example mi amigo, radio Caroline. Pirate radios were on international seas for escape at the British authorities. For forms of power, BBC owned airwaves so nobody can broadcast music or anything else aside the BBC. Pirate radios escape at this and at the British laws because were on in wabers. In 1967, British government promulgate a law and the off-shore radios stations were legalized.
