Teenagers are old enough to organise their day without help of their parents. They should think about a few important things without being remembered again and again. In the morning, after wake up, the linen have to be extended and the window opened to refresh the sleeping room. The clothes of the last days should not be left all over. What needs to be cleaned goes to the dirty box and the rest folded properly in the cupboard. Once a week,they should do a deeper cleaning, washing the floor included. After eating, they should remove the dishes and do the whashing up or place them to the dishwasher. They should offer their help for the dinner preparation, even if it is only for setting up the table, and for the cleaning up after dinner. The house work can be considered as a teamwork for a family. Each member has a responsability as everyone is sharing is using the kitchen, the bathrooms, etc. Why not organising a planning to share the different duties, especially when both parents are working as well? It would make everyones life much easier.
