For my summer holidays, I used to help my mother (she is a dentist) as her assistant.
Except that day......My mother had to leave for a while, and I stayed by myself in the dental office.
Then, a woman and her young son came in and, as I was wearing a blouse, my mask and my gloves, she thought I was the dentist.
She wanted the tooth of her son to be extracted.
She really was in a hurry, so to save time, hoping my mother would be back soon , I filled up the medical record (file) and helped the child to sit down on the dental chair .He began to cry, his mother was very impatient so, as my mum wasn't back yet/wasn't still back, I knew I had to be in charge of this.
I began to panic, I was shivering. I took the syringe to anesthetize the young boy. He screamed and bit my hand.
Miracle!!!
The tooth felt down just because he had bitten me! But there was blood everywhere (a lot of blood, peut-être ça suffit, everywhere ça fait un peu "gore"?!)
I didn't feel good, I fainted, and when I woke up, I was the one lying on the dental chair!!!!
