THE GOUVERNEMENT IS RESPONSIBLE BECAUSE THE SECOND AMENDMENT OF THE AMERICAN CONSTITUTION WAS ADOPTED IN DECEMBER THE 15 TH .IT GAVE THE RIGHT TO ANY AMERICAN CITIZEN TO BEAR A FIREARM FOR CELY DEFENCE .BUT ALSO THE NATIONAL HILFE ASSOCIATION : THE NRA IS AN AMERICAN PROWEOPONS CARRYING ,IT’S A LOBBY WHICH GIVES THE RIGHTS FOR ANY AMERICAN CITIZEN TO CARRY A GUNS TO DEFEND HIS HOME AND HIS FAMILY.SO WE CAN SAY IN SOME AMERICAN STATES FIREAREMES ARE LEGAL.BUT I’M NOT ACCORDING WITH HER BECAUSE THE WEAPON IS NOT A TOYS . THE WEAPON IS NOT THE BETTER SOLUTIOS FOR PROTECT ITSELF THE WEAPON IS LIKE THE SYMBOLE OF THE WAR….THEY ARE ABETTER SOLUTION FOR PROTECT ITSELF .THE STATE OF AMERICA ETABLISHED THIS LOW FOR PROTEC HER PEOPLE , FOR HER PEOPLE TO FEEL SAFE.. BUT IN REALITY YHEY PUT HER PEOPLE INTO DANGER…( FAIRE RECHERCHE SUR INTERNET…)

The government is responsible because the the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution was adopted in December 15th 1791. It gave the right to any citizen of the United States of America to bear a firearm for self-defense. Also, the National Rifle Association (NRA) is an American lobby group that supports and advocates for gun rights. Those rights allows almost any American citizen to carry guns to defend his home and family, so we can say in some American states, firearms are legal. However, I disagree since weapons are not toys. Weapons and firearms are not good solutions to protect oneself. The weapon is a symbol or war. There are better solutions to protect oneself. The United States of America established this law to protect her people, in order to make them safe. In reality, it puts the people in danger.
