The boy was snowboarding on the iced mountain and suddenly the snow has become sand because of the heat and ice-melting. In the foreground, it's the desert and there's an animal skull. We can guess that the animal died and disappeared because it was too hot. This cartoon isn't really funny because it shows a tragic and serious issue.
