Hi everyone !
I'm sure you are enjoying yourself, wearing T-shirts and eating an ice cream , aren't you ??!!! In Paris, Winter hasn't gone yet. Except today, it was rather nice. I really miss all of you, and the perfume of lavender, the donuts they sell on the beach, the noise of the crickets and the cicadas ( = grasshoppers).
My sweet village with the fountain in the middle of it with the men playing "Petanque" after lunch in the shade.
But I have to say Paris is a beautiful city even if I hate taking the tube, I prefer buses or walking. I realized we always say that Parisiens are always running , which is not wrong, but you don't have too.
The first days, I was doing the same. Then I stopped and wandered why was I running. For nothing....no train to catch, I wasn't late , nothing had to make me run. From this day, I decided to wander around, to hang on on those small "parks" you find hidden somewhere, and I'm beginning to appreciate Paris...
Funny isn't !! Who could have believed I would say such a thing ! When we'll be on summer holidays, I hope you'll come and I'm sure I 'll make you, maybe not love, but at lest like Paris !!
However, I'm looking forward to spend time in my sweat village and my dear South of France
