me : am jubilant because am going to india next week i just booked up my fly tickets ! am so excited !
joe : that's amazing but just to let you know ! in india almost all the populations is vegan !

me : i just realized that olso animals have feeling like human being , and the fact that we are eating them make me feel inhuman! secondly by reducing my meat consomation i olso help the planet in this crises time ! thirdly i found that adopting a vegan diet you will make you look more young and you'll be healthy !! what do you think ? you should try this too !
joe : wow thats a lot of information ! but i dont know ! i agree with you but that's going to be hard because am a meat lover !
me : take it easy ! first of all try to set a small change in your diet it could be to not eat meat twice a day or start adding more vegetable in your daily food !
joe : i would love too but i have to eat protein everyday so.....
me : joe sometimes you are silly !! you can replace eggs by amond milk , meat by beans and more !!
