Yesterday, on my way home from school the most extraordinary thing happened. I was walking up the street and I saw a man shivering in the cold. It had begun to snow and there was an eery quietness in the air. I looked up into the sky and it was a strange yellow, almost like the colour of sulfur. The sky was full of imposing clouds. As it had been freezing the roads were slippery. Suddenly, a car started rolling down the hill. Although, the car was speeding down the hill there was no sound. Everything started to happen in slow motion. The man sat up immediately. He looked at the car and then back at me. There appeared to be no one driving the car. Before I knew what was happening the car was coming directly towards me. The man ran towards me and just before the car hit me, he tackled me. I flew away from the car, unhurt, but shocked.
