Today, our environment is in danger. Our environment is very important to all of us. Environment is the all living and nonliving beings around us. Environment includes the Earth, air, buildings, trees, oceans, sea, lakes, insects, birds and animals.
We depend on the environment for our food, and housing needs. Our food comes from plants. The furniture is made of wood from trees. The paper we write on is from the trees. Our environment gives us fresh air containing oxygen, to breathe.
We are spoiling the environment by burning the fossil fuels (wood) and oil. Our vehicles are emitting hot and poisonous gases into the air. Our factories are polluting the fresh air with harmful chemicals. Various industries are mixing harmful industrial waste into water bodies. We are cutting trees and reducing fresh oxygen. We are also wasting oil, electricity, gas, wood due to carelessness.
Due to all improper actions, we are spoiling our environment. The temperature on the Earth is increasing slowly. The climate around the Globe is not consistent. We are facing famines and floods. We are in danger of our own race being terminated.
I hope that you all realised that protection of environment is essential. As, without the environment, we are no more. Protecting the environment is protecting ourselves and our race. We must follow all measures to protect our environment.
